How does Evergreen On-Demand work?
Evergreen on Demand is an ordering tool to give you and your customers access to an "endless aisle" of thousands of products. The items ordered can be shipped to your store or directly to your customer. You can place On Demand orders via our website or iPad application.

You don't have to miss out on a sales opportunity! Consumers value the retail store experience on multiple levels and continue to make the vast majority of their purchases in physical stores. However, as modern expectations continue to change and grow, nearly all customers will expect retailers to be able to deliver a seamless, equivalent experience for people in store that they would enjoy while shopping online. Evergreen On-Demand allows you to choose from Evergreen's catalog of in-stock products in selected categories and offer them to your customers.
How does shipping and handling work?
We've made it super easy. There is one flat price for the item, which includes shipping and handling. As many of the transactions that will go through Evergreen On-Demand will be smaller, we knew it would be paramount to keep fees and costs low for you and your customers. There is a sliding markup and discounting module which your local territory manager will be able to explain to you during the setup process.
How do I track shipments and records?
Shipment notifications will be emailed directly to you and directly to your customer. Tracking orders is very simple and can be done through your "My Account" section of the Online Resource Center at MyEvergreen.com.
