How do I get started?
Evergreen On-Demand is being rolled out slowly to a small test group of customers at this point. If you are interested in partnering with us, please contact your local territory manager to get on the list for future consideration. We are excited to continue to help you grow your business.
How does shipping and handling work?
You (the retailer) pay for shipping and handling during checkout. Handling for 95% of our products is $3.50 or less.
What products are available?
Thousands! All of our flags, the majority of our sports products, and a great selection of Cape Craftsmen, Cypress Home, and New Creative products. Your local territory manager will have more details regarding all of the products available.
How do I track shipments and records?
Shipment notifications will be emailed directly to you (and soon, directly to your customer). Tracking orders is very simple and can be done through your "My Account" section of Evergreen On-Demand.
How much does it cost?
As many of the transactions that will go through Evergreen On-Demand will be smaller, we knew it would be paramount to keep fees and costs low for you and your customers. There is a sliding markup schedule which your local territory manager will be able to explain to you during the setup process.
