Evergreen Enterprises Names Chris Wornom As Business Development Manager
RICHMOND, VA (October 11, 2010) –
On September 1, Chris Wornom joined Evergreen Enterprises, Inc. as Business Development Manager. In this position, he will help refine Evergreen's acquisition strategy; facilitate future acquisition efforts through target analysis, valuation, and process execution; and enhance Evergreen's internal growth planning processes and the tracking metrics necessary to monitor performance.

Mr. Wornom joins Evergreen from Harris Williams & Co., where he has helped provide merger & acquisition and private capital advisory services to over twenty middle market corporations, family-held business, and private equity groups. He has experience in a variety of industries, including retail and consumer products, energy and power, industrial minerals, and business services, among others. Mr. Wornom graduated magna cum laude from the Williams School of Commerce, Economics, and Politics at Washington & Lee University.

Mr. Wornom joins the Evergreen team in the company's seventeenth year. He will be working out of Evergreen's corporate headquarters in Richmond, Virginia.
