("TSA"), a leading provider of licensed home and garden products located in Memphis, TN. The transaction is a strategic acquisition of a complementary business offering licensed sports products, effectively tripling Evergreen's current Collegiate and NFL product portfolios and bringing new product licenses from the MLB and NHL.

On July 22nd, Governor Bob McDonnell announced appointments to ten Virginia
boards and commissions. Included among these selections was Ting Xu, President of Evergreen Enterprises, who was appointed to the Virginia Port Authority Board of Commissioners. The governor recognized Xu along with the other new members of the Board of Commissioners for being a successful business leader who "understands competition, international business and trade," said Transportation Secretary, Sean T. Connaughton.
